Before approaching any supplier, we develop the technical specification — 3D models, drawings, tolerances, materials, and surface finishes. This becomes the reference document that governs everything downstream.

RFQ & Supplier Shortlist
With the specification complete, we issue a precise bilingual RFQ in English and Chinese to a shortlist of qualified manufacturers. Every supplier receives identical, unambiguous information — no room for interpretation.

Supplier Evaluation & Audit
We conduct in-person factory audits of shortlisted suppliers — assessing technical capability against your specification, production capacity, certifications, and quality systems. Selection is made only after on-site verification.

Prototype & Testing
The selected supplier produces a prototype or first-off sample. Our team conducts physical inspection and functional testing against the approved drawings — sign-off required before any tooling or mass production begins.

Engineering Review & Final Approval
Final specification confirmed, commercial terms agreed, and full engineering sign-off completed. Every detail confirmed before the production order is placed — no surprises downstream.

Production Management & QC
Mass production under active supervision. Our team conducts in-line inspections during manufacturing and a full pre-shipment inspection of the final batch — goods do not leave the factory until they pass inspection.

Export, Logistics & Delivery
Full export documentation prepared — packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and compliance paperwork. Freight arranged on FOB, CIF, or DAP terms and delivered to your specified destination.

We develop 3D models, production-ready technical drawings, tolerances, material specifications, and assembly requirements — before a single supplier is approached. This document governs procurement, production, and QC from start to finish.

Equipment & Production Line Design

For clients with complex engineering requirements — we design technical solutions for industrial facilities. Equipment specification, production line layout, process flow planning, and workshop integration. Potali manages the full cycle — from sourcing and audit to delivery from China.

Quality Inspection & Testing

In-line inspections during production and a full pre-shipment inspection of the final batch — conducted on-site by our team. Goods don't leave China until they pass your approved specification.

Full export documentation, customs clearance, and freight management on FOB, CIF, or DAP terms. Delivered to your warehouse, job site, or distribution centre — anywhere in the world.
